Our KSA-based client is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant HR and GRO to support their Human Resources and Government Relations departments. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless coordination between HR, GRO, and other key business functions such as Operations, Finance, and IT.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and prepare reports and presentations for the Head of HR and GRO.
- Task Assistance: Assist with HR tasks, project management, and provide updates to the Executive Team.
- HR Support: Oversee onboarding, maintain employee records, ensure HR compliance, and manage internal filing systems.
- Collaborative Working: Support HR and GRO in staying updated on KSA labor laws, collaborate on payroll and benefits, and attend business meetings.
- Management Responsibilities: Deputize for the Head of HR and GRO, support key HR staff management, and act as an escalation point for projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in a HR administrative or executive assistant role.
- Familiarity with HR systems and an understanding of KSA labor law would be beneficial.
- Experience managing staff and working in a fast paced environment.
- Strategic planning, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Project Management Skills.
