Sales coordinator

Position Objective: Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team and become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. Sales Coordinators are not involved in direct selling, but they are accountable for providing administrative support and service to the sales team. This position is accountable for PRE and POST order process of sales cycle and to ensure proper coordination with sales personnel and various inter department for smooth work flow and reports the month end financial figures of the BU. Post- Order Process:ØScreening the PO’s as per Proposal and acknowledging the same to customer.ØSending Proforma Invoice to the customers for advance payment orders & registering Orders.ØChecking current stock status and delivery of required item.ØNegotiating with suppliers for better terms & conditions delivery.ØCoordinating with logistics team for the shipping documents and legalization (if required) and timely delivery.ØPrepare freight PO and hand it over to logistics to process freight orderØCollecting POD and accounting invoice from respective factories to process customer invoice.ØProviding updated order file to the accounts team for the Invoice.ØSending invoice to the customer for receiving payment and following up for the same.ØCollecting customer's feedback.ØCoordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information PRE- Order Process: Participates in meetings or direct communications with customers or field sales offices to assist in resolution of problems or complaints. Maintains a teamwork philosophy with other departments to facilitate problem solving and provide good customer service. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Skills Document Control (Filing & Handling documents archives)Work Order Handling (Screening the PO & Process WO Accordingly)Sales Support Export Sales Support Coordination between various Dept: of Company. (Sales, finance, Production, logistics)Flexible approach to working, willingness to accept changing priorities. Ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Good interpersonal skills. Good MS Office skills. Solution and Targets focused. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in an organized manner. Continuous improvement mentality and receptive to change. Health, safety and environmentally conscious. Self-motivated, resourceful, sales oriented, and result driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target.experience of working proactively using a CRM (Salesforce preferably) experience in similar role level, in sales of technical products/Energy based solutions in HVAC Industry or Service sales Manager on Air Side/AHU service division with field sales.
