About the Role Our client isseeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their dynamic team in Riyadh. In this crucial role, candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support for the HR department and contribute to a range of essential HR functions. candidate willplay a key role in ensuring the recruitment processes are efficient, employee records are accurate, and HR operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the recruitment process, liaising with line managers to gather<br/><br/>job requirements and manage candidate applications. Schedule interviews and candidate assessments, ensuring a seamless onboarding<br/><br/>experience for new hires. Assist with the offboarding process for departing employees. Provide support in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health<br/><br/>insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Respond to general HR inquiries from employees, offering guidance on company<br/><br/>policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Management System<br/><br/>(HRIS), ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and various HR documents. Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and<br/><br/>correspondence. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure company policies and procedures are<br/><br/>compliant with labor laws and best practices. Participate in initiatives to update and enhance HR policies to reflect changing<br/><br/>organizational needs.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative support role. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound discretion.
