About the Role

Sag Al-Rakaya Company announces a job vacancy for a Project Manager to work full-time on the company's factory construction project in the Al-Qassim region, in the city of Buraydah. We are looking for a candidate with 8 years of experience in managing and executing industrial projects, especially factory construction and metal facility projects.

Job Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all stages of the project, from planning to final delivery, while ensuring that operations proceed according to approved timelines, budgets, and required technical specifications. The role aims to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively, while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, and monitor the execution of factory construction and metal facility projects.
• Oversee all project stages, from planning to final delivery.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor completion rates, and ensure compliance with approved timelines.
• Supervise civil construction works and the installation of structures and metal facilities.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor costs and budgets and manage resources, equipment, and labor.
• Ensure the application of quality and safety standards and compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.
• Address technical and operational challenges and find appropriate solutions to ensure work continuity.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress and submit them to management.
• Review engineering drawings and monitor the execution of works in accordance with approved drawings.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8 years of practical experience in managing and executing industrial projects, specifically factory construction and metal facility projects.
• High leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage work teams effectively.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.

Work Environment

The workplace is located in Al-Qassim, specifically at the factory construction project site in Buraydah. The position is full-time and requires presence at the site for direct supervision of operations.
