Role Objective

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing periodic and annual inventory counts.
• Reconciling actual inventory quantities with data recorded in the financial and inventory management systems.
• Analyzing discrepancies between physical and system inventory and identifying their root causes.
• Preparing accurate inventory reports and submitting them to financial and operational management.
• Ensuring full compliance with the approved inventory policies within the company.

• Reviewing inventory entries in the accounting system and ensuring their correctness and accuracy.
• Monitoring the movement of inventory inflows and outflows and ensuring they are documented correctly and completely.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0 to 1 year of experience in a field related to financial inventory control or accounting.
• Ability to work full-time in Abha, Asir.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify problems and provide solutions.
