We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia s high-end interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing luxury interior fit-out projects, coordinating site operations, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years of construction experience, Arena / stadium / large-scale entertainment venue experience is highly preferred
- 3 5+ years in a Construction Manager / similar role
- Strong expertise in interior fit-out & site operations
- Proven experience managing projects of varying sizes and commercial values
- Strong project exposure across Hotels, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, High-End Residential, & Palacesx
- Strong leadership, subcontractor and stakeholder communication & management skills
