- Supplier Accounting: Direct interaction with suppliers and matching their account balances.
- Subcontractor Reconciliation: Reviewing subcontractor invoices and ensuring they match the actual work completed on-site.
- Financial Oversight: Settling cash contracts for site supervisors and ensuring compliance with documentation and invoicing laws.
- Cost Coding: Allocating expenses (materials, labor) to projects and ensuring accurate cost entries.
- Systems: Working on ERP systems and professionally interacting with office software.
