Job Description: Horizon Justice Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified Legal Consultant to join our growing team in Jeddah. We are looking for a motivated legal professional with strong analytical skills and solid experience in law firms.
Key Responsibilities:· Review case files, prepare legal summaries, and discuss them with the case lead.· Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and all related documents for ongoing cases.· Provide in-depth and specialized legal advice across various legal fields.· Analyze complex legal issues and propose innovative legal solutions.· Conduct comprehensive legal research and studies as required by the firm or clients.· Prepare detailed legal analyses and recommendations based on sound legal principles.· Draft, review, and proofread contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance and protect clients’ interests.· Identify potential legal risks and provide appropriate mitigation recommendations.· Support lawyers in active cases through legal analysis and expert opinions.· Stay up to date with the latest legal and judicial developments and share knowledge with the team.· Contribute to developing and improving the firm’s internal legal policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:· Minimum of 5 years of experience working in law firms.· Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.· Strong practical experience and in-depth knowledge across most types of legal cases.· Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
