Acts as a key liaison between business users, IT teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure reliable system performance and excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide application support and resolve critical and routine issues efficiently Perform business system analysis, planning, implementation, and production support Maintain IT operations guidelines, documentation, and support processes Establish best practices to streamline issue resolution and support delivery Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, vendors, and stakeholders Support new software implementations and project delivery Supervise testing, training, rollout, and ongoing system maintenance Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for improvements Identify cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements Assist with budgeting and resource planning Coach and mentor team members Skills & Competencies Core end to end development skills Application development Business analysis Knowledge of business systems and IT processing environments
