We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Office Coordinator to support executive leadership in strategic coordination, governance, reporting, and administrative activities. The role provides exposure to senior executives and Board-level operations and is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build experience in a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities Support strategic planning activities and assist with the coordination of business plans, reports, and performance updates. Assist in the preparation, coordination, and documentation of Board meetings and executive committees, ensuring compliance with governance requirements. Support budget preparation processes and executive reporting in alignment with organizational priorities. Coordinate executive office activities to ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and corporate standards. Assist with administrative policies related to contracts, procurement, and general office operations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Support external communications and coordination with relevant external stakeholders, including industry bodies.
Candidate Requirements Saudi National. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant qualification.1–3 years of experience in executive support, governance, strategy coordination or a similar corporate role. Exposure to Board or committee reporting and meeting coordination is preferred. Ability to work confidently with senior executives in a professional corporate setting. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
