Job Title: Branding Manager
Job Summary
The Branding Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s brand identity across all channels. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, strengthens brand equity, and supports business growth through strategic brand positioning and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning • Develop and execute the overall brand strategy aligned with business objectives • Define brand positioning, value proposition, and tone of voice • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications
Brand Management • Own and manage brand guidelines and ensure compliance across teams • Monitor brand performance, awareness, and perception in the market • Protect and enhance brand reputation
Marketing & Communications • Collaborate with marketing, digital, product, and sales teams on campaigns • Oversee branding for advertising, social media, website, PR, and events • Review and approve creative assets (visuals, copy, videos, campaigns)
Market & Consumer Insights • Conduct market research, brand audits, and competitive analysis • Track industry trends and consumer behavior to refine branding strategies
Campaign & Project Management • Lead brand campaigns from concept to execution • Manage agencies, designers, and external partners • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Internal Branding • Promote brand culture internally and align employees with brand values • Support employer branding initiatives
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Brand awareness and recognition • Brand consistency and compliance • Campaign effectiveness and ROI • Market positioning vs competitors • Engagement metrics across channels
Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related field • 5–8 years of experience in branding or marketing roles • Proven experience in brand strategy and campaign management • Experience working with creative agencies
Skills & Competencies • Strong strategic and creative thinking • Excellent communication and storytelling skills • Analytical mindset with attention to detail • Project management and stakeholder management • Ability to work cross-functionally • Strong understanding of digital and social media branding
Preferred (Nice to Have) • MBA or professional marketing certification • Regional or international brand exposure
