Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle international recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding). Source candidates through overseas agencies, job portals, databases, and direct headhunting. Coordinate with international recruitment partners and manpower agencies. Conduct interviews (virtual or in-person) and assess candidates against client/job requirements. Handle documentation including offer letters, contracts, visa paperwork, and pre-employment requirements. Coordinate medical tests, embassy submissions, and mobilization schedules. Maintain accurate recruitment records and pipeline reports. Support bulk hiring projects and tight mobilization timelines.
