Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives. Provide expert guidance and consultation to management on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. Lead performance management processes, including employee evaluations, feedback cycles, and development planning. Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent practices. Oversee exit management processes, conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend retention and improvement actions. Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with labor laws and company standards. Drive end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top talent. Support change management initiatives and contribute to building a positive, high-performance organizational culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and HR best practices. Analyze HR metrics and employee data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6 to 10 years of proven experience in an Human Resources. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
