We pride ourselves on our dedication to enhancing health and wellness in the community. Role Description As the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a strategic pillar for Sahih Medical. Based in our Riyadh office, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to organizational development. You will be responsible for ensuring our HR operations align with Saudi labor standards while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects our commitment to healthcare excellence. Key Responsibilities:Talent Leadership: Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and retention programs. Compliance & Platforms: Ensure 100% compliance with Saudi Labor Law and take full ownership of government platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad. Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, handling conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace environment. Development: Lead performance management cycles, training initiatives, and organizational development projects. Operations: Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and HR policy updates. Qualifications Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory to facilitate communication with our diverse professional team. Technical Expertise: Proven experience navigating and managing Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad). HR Core: Strong proficiency in recruitment, employee onboarding, and conflict resolution. Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Saudi Labor Law and local compliance requirements. Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence at all levels. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications: Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD) are highly advantageous. Industry: Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a significant plus.
