Key Duties and Responsibilities1. Field Audits and Inspections Conduct scheduled and surprise quality inspections across branches. Evaluate compliance with quality, food safety, and hygiene standards. Identify operational violations and deviations from approved standards. Document findings using reports and photographic evidence. Follow up on corrective actions with branch management.2. Food Safety and Hygiene Ensure proper food storage, preparation, and handling practices. Monitor temperature controls, expiration dates, and sanitation levels. Verify employees’ compliance with personal hygiene standards. Escalate food safety risks immediately when critical issues are identified.3. Audits and Reporting Prepare periodic quality audit reports for management. Analyze recurring violations and root causes. Propose practical operational improvement plans. Track branch compliance with approved corrective actions.4. Training and Awareness Conduct quality and food safety awareness sessions for employees. Train supervisors and branch managers on compliance requirements. Support the development of quality manuals and SOPs.5. Administrative Compliance Adhere to all approved quality policies and procedures. Coordinate with Operations and HR Departments. Respond to internal and external audit findings. Represent the company during regulatory inspections when required. Qualifications and Experience Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Quality, Food Science, or related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality or food safety within the food service sector. Knowledge of HACCP or equivalent food safety systems. Familiarity with local food safety and health inspection regulations. Skills and Competencies Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Firm and unbiased enforcement of standards. Professional reporting and documentation skills. Effective communication and persuasion abilities. Ability to work in a field-based environment. Time management and prioritization skills. Work Environment and Job Pressure Frequent travel between branches. Resistance to change from operational staff. High responsibility for brand reputation and compliance. Pressure during critical food safety incidents. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Branch compliance rate with quality standards. Number of critical violations identified and resolved. Speed of corrective action closure. External inspection results. Reduction in repeated violations. Branch audit readiness level.
