As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Catering Executive Chef to lead and enhance our catering operations.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead concept development, menu engineering, recipe standardization, and cost control for large-scale catering, banquets, buffets, and VVIP events. Design international and continental menus suitable for high-volume operations while maintaining exceptional quality and presentation. knowledge of • Plan and execute large-scale banquets and buffet setups ensuring efficiency, visual appeal, and premium guest experience. Recruit Train and develop kitchen teams constantly Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements. Control food and labor costs through forecasting, inventory control, and waste reduction.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
At least 7 years of culinary experience in a similar role, specializing in large-scale catering Off-premise mass catering and banquets specialized in large cycle menus Specialize in Continental Cuisine and Arabic and oriental Deep understanding of large-scale kitchen operations and logistics.
Compensation :
We offer an excellent and highly competitive compensation package, potentially reaching SAR 30,000 (all-inclusive), along with attractive performance bonuses and additional benefits, commensurate with experience.
