We are seeking an experienced Budgeting Manager to lead the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, and the ability to partner with business leaders to drive financial discipline and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across departments Develop, analyze, and monitor operating and capital budgets Provide variance analysis and actionable insights on budget vs. actual performance Partner with department heads to support financial planning and cost optimization initiatives Prepare financial models to support strategic planning and business decisions Ensure budget controls, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives Present budgeting reports and recommendations to senior management Continuously improve budgeting processes, tools, and reporting standards Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)6–8 years of progressive experience in budgeting, financial planning, or corporate finance Strong knowledge of budgeting methodologies, forecasting, and variance analysis Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP or budgeting systems is a plus Solid understanding of financial statements and cost structures
