The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing process
improvements across operations to drive efficiency, quality, scalability, and cost optimization. The role
focuses on standardizing processes, reducing waste, improving productivity, and ensuring sustainable
adoption of best practices across all operational sites.
Process Auditing & Compliance
Conduct regular audits of operational processes (inbound, outbound, stock control, maintenance, etc.) to verify adherence to SOPsIdentify deviations, inefficiencies, and risks, and recommend corrective/preventive actions Provide audit reports with actionable insights and follow up on remediation plans Ensure alignment of processes with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
Process Assessment & Analysis
Conduct end-to-end reviews of operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks Use Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to evaluate processes and recommend improvements Benchmark operational practices across regions to highlight improvement opportunities
Process Improvement & Optimization
Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across inbound, put-away, picking outbound, inventory control, store setup, and support functions Conduct time & motion studies, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Design and implement standardized, scalable processes aligned with operational growth Drive continuous improvement culture using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies
Change Management & Capability Building
Support rollout of new processes through structured change management Partner with Training & Development to ensure effective knowledge transfer Drive adoption and sustainability of improvements across regions and sites
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field Master's degree is a plus Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or continuous improvement roles Proven experience in fast-paced operations (retail, logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, or Q-commerce preferred) Hands-on experience leading cross-functional improvement projects
