Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis Chef specializing in Continental Cuisine, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Commis Chef will assist in food preparation, cooking, and presenting dishes in adherence to the restaurant's standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining kitchen hygiene, preparing ingredients, following recipes, supporting senior chefs, and ensuring consistent quality in meals. The role also involves learning culinary techniques and collaborating with the team to provide an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications Expertise in Food Preparation and Cooking with strong Culinary Skills Knowledge of Hygiene standards and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen Good Communication skills for working effectively within a kitchen team A passion for Continental Cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role preferred A professional culinary qualification is an advantage Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
