HR Admin Officer

Job Objective:

To oversee and manage rental labor contracts, rental of assets, and accommodations, ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi Arabian labor regulations. The role includes maintaining records, handling the Ajeer system for contract management, and coordinating with vendors to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Rental Labor Contracts Management:
  • Lead the negotiation, preparation, and administration of rental labor contracts, ensuring alignment with labor laws and company requirements.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Maintain and monitor records for contract terms, rates, and compliance obligations.
  1. Asset and Accommodation Rental Coordination:
  • Oversee the rental process for necessary assets and employee accommodations, ensuring all rentals are cost-effective and meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and accommodation providers, negotiating favorable terms to meet budgetary goals.
  • Regularly inspect and assess accommodations and rented assets to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with legal standards.
  1. Ajeer System Management:
  • Utilize the Ajeer system to manage temporary workforce documentation, contracts, and legal compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Ajeer platform, including verification of worker eligibility and contract terms.
  • Address any Ajeer-related issues and coordinate with relevant government entities as required.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to HR and operations teams, especially related to labor and accommodation requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, labor allocations, and rental costs for management review.
  • Ensure that all documentation is properly stored and easily accessible for auditing and compliance purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, with specific expertise in labor contracts, asset management, and accommodations within the construction or contracting industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using the Ajeer system for labor management; strong knowledge of contract administration and labor law compliance.
  • Core Skills:
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
