What you’ll do


As a People Executive, you will manage the onboarding process for third-party hires and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure smooth operations. This role is crucial for hiring and onboarding blue-collar and operations employees across cities in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah.


  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by managing the onboarding process for third-party hires.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding and assist with any candidate-related inquiries.
  • Raise and track Jira tickets for onboarding activities, ensuring timely resolution of tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party hires during their onboarding period.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the agencies and the business to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of new hires and track onboarding progress.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the onboarding process.
  • Align with new hires and agencies on ticket reservations, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all necessary onboarding logistics are in place.
  • Gather feedback from third-party hires to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Send welcome emails to new employees with joining instructions and orientation schedules.
  • Organize and conduct orientation sessions, introducing new employees to the company's values, policies, and procedures.
  • Facilitate introductions between new hires and key team members and departments to ensure smooth integration.
  • Track the progress of onboarding tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities.
  • Collaborate with IT, administration, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics throughout the onboarding process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding, addressing and resolving any concerns that arise.


What you’ll need


  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in onboarding, talent acquisitions and HR operations
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, such as startups or quick commerce, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this role.
  • The candidate should have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems independently will be critical to success.
