Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Thales - Saudi - Riyadh

JOB OBJECTIVE:

In this role, ISR will communicate with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and generate new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients, virtually and in person, when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system to track sales activity, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback on time.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products and services.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving overall sales performance.



WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum two years’ experience
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales/customer service role.


QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or a related field is preferred.


PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A results-driven attitude with a track record of meeting sales goals.
