JOB OBJECTIVE:
In this role, ISR will communicate with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and generate new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients, virtually and in person, when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system to track sales activity, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback on time.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products and services.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving overall sales performance.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum two years’ experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales/customer service role.
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or a related field is preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
