Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily HR operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
- Maintain employee records, updating them regularly to reflect any changes in employment status and personal details.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support performance management processes, assisting managers in appraisals and employee development plans.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, presenting data as needed for management decision-making.
- Ensure a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement activities.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention strategies.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in administering various HR functions and programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives is preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
