Job Purpose
To lead and enhance protocol operations in RCU, Ensuring the fostering of relationships with governmental bodies and VIP entities, ensuring that engagements are conducted with the highest standards of diplomacy and protocol, aligning with RCU's strategic objectives.
Functional Responsibilities
1- Lead protocol enhancements by continuously assessing and improving protocol operations based on current practices and areas for improvement.
2- Serve as the primary contact for all protocol-related inquiries and operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all RCU functions.
3- Represent RCU at high-level governmental and diplomatic engagements to protect and promote the interests of the organization.
4- Lead in ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements to prevent fines or penalties and authorize service provision.
5- Lead in maintain communication with Government Bodies to ensure compliance and foster relationships through established communication channels.
6- Provide Insights to Leadership with updates on new governmental policies, decisions, and potential business opportunities.
7- Develop Stakeholder Maps to streamline RCU's interactions and business dealings with ministries, authorities, and embassies.
8- Liaise with Officials to establish and maintain trustful working relationships that advance RCU’s interests.
Qualifications:
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s Degree Preferred)
Work Experience
- 8 years of relevant experience.
Other Requirements
- Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic & English languages.
- Excellent communication skills.
