Contract Specialist

- Job title: Contract Specialist.


- Department: Contracts and Procurement Division.


- Career objective: Implementing procedures, systems and forms for contract management, providing advice on tenders and various contract affairs, contract management and subsequent reviews, implementing them, preparing specialized documents and reports related to contracts and procurement division, presenting and archiving them.


- Job duties:


- Managing contracts and tenders before and after awarding them.


- Supervising claims and managing contract operations.


- Comparing the planned progress in the workflow with the actual progress, analyzing gaps and clarifying risks.


- Drafting the content of contracts and clauses, evaluating these contracts and clauses and reviewing them according to the procedures regulating that.


- Technical Skills:


- Management and Organization.


- Drafting Contracts.


- Data Analysis.


- Contract Obligation.


- Ability to make decisions and possess leadership skills.


- Proficiency in English.


- experience in using Microsoft Office programs.


- experience in using Etimad Platform.


- Knowledge in government tenders and procurement law.


- Educational requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree, in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.


- Preferably someone with a professional certificate such as: (CIPM, CIPC, CISCM, PMPPC).


- Years of experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field.
