Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Riyadh
Salary: Up to 19K SAR
Our client, a deep-tech AI company is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them in their Riyadh office and join their Human Resources department while overseeing their full-cycle recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
2. Manage sourcing method identification and implementation.
3. Determine selection criteria.
4. Source potential candidates through online channels.
5. Implement interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessments.
6. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
7. Design job descriptions based on the hiring need.
8. Compiling and updating Candidates records.
9. Handel onboarding process.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR Management, or a related field.
- 5 Years of work experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and
evaluation methods is a plus.
- Excellent organizing abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- knowledge of labor law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
