Overview of the Role

Khodma Al-Mustaqbal Private Kindergarten announces its need for a Kindergarten Principal to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern Province. The person in this role will plan, direct, and coordinate the overall strategy and activities of the child care center, supervising staff and children. The role aims to ensure a safe and stimulating educational environment, oversee planning and implementation of the educational curriculum. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative, educational, and operational aspects of the kindergarten, ensuring a safe and stimulating educational environment for children in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare operational plans and lead the team effectively.
• Supervise the implementation of the planned curriculum and educational activities.
• Monitor staff performance and development, select and train staff, supervise them, and monitor their performance and behavior.
• Manage child affairs and enhance effective communication with parents.
• Supervise facilities, maintenance, and safety, ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality, and carry out routine maintenance tasks.
• Prepare periodic管理 reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work towards achieving the kindergarten’s goals and提升 performance and services offered.

Strategic and Operational Planning

• Develop the center’s overall strategy for child care, supervise market targeting activities and end users, and formulate appropriate action plans.
• Manage daily operations, such as recreational and educational activities, meal preparation, cleaning, and other routine tasks.
• Develop programs aimed at improving children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development, and coordinate these programs.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

• Ensure facilities and equipment are kept clean and functioning, and kept in good condition.
• Establish policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations, and supervise their implementation.

Essential Requirements

• Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in the field of kindergarten or child care center management.
• Ability to lead, plan, and coordinate effectively.
• Knowledge of early childhood care regulations and policies.
