Job description

1. Coordinate with buyers regarding planning and purchasing material requirements.
2. Ensure project and task completion according to established quality standards.
3. Manage communications and negotiations with external suppliers.
4. Code and update the system across the supply chain.
5. Execute corporate purchasing activities and maintain accurate documentation.
6. Monitor forecasts and allocations to identify changes or assess their impact on supply chain activities.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as buyers and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.
8. Monitor quality, quantity, cost, and movement of shipments and storage of goods.
9. Implement health and safety procedures.
10. Follow up with the customs clearance department to finalize shipments and deliver them to the main branch.
11. Execute buyer purchasing processes according to approved purchase requests and specifications and according to the supply schedule.
12. Participate in evaluating and developing suppliers and resolving supplier issues with their direct supervisor.
13. Prepare monthly reports regarding the status of purchase requests and purchase orders.
14. Prepare periodic and urgent reports on the variations of their activities as assigned by the authorized person.
15. Distribute goods from the main branch to other branches according to their needs.
