Role Description This is a full-time on-site Assistant Restaurant Manager role located in Riyadh. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, assisting in hiring and training employees, monitoring inventory, addressing customer concerns, and supporting the team to achieve sales and service goals.
Qualifications
language: FLUENT IN ARABIC AND ENGLISH Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain a high-quality dining experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction. Experience in hiring and team management to develop and lead a successful team. Knowledge of Food & Beverage service and operations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are an asset.
