About the Role The HR Trainee will support the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, HR operations and projects, and administrative tasks. This program provides hands-on experience in the HR field and exposure to various HR processes.
Responsibilities Assist in recruitment processes, including reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth hiring experience. Maintained HR records and databases, updated employee information, and ensured data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, supporting process improvements, and organizational development efforts.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industry Engineering, or a related field. Fluent in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills
