Functional Accountabilities:
- Maintain a daily, weekly, and monthly routine tasks.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks including product listing, drafting, and archiving agreements.
- Provide the business with any needed analysis & monthly performance reports.
- Consolidation and validation of data .
- Maintain professional communication with suppliers, other departments, and support functions.
- Set up and maintain filing systems.
- Monitor DSD deliveries and fill rates.
- Help in maintaining commercial department procedures.
- Arrange BDF and Other income by each vendor on monthly basis with keeping records.
- Creating Purchase Order ( DC /DSD)
- Cost/Retail Update (KVI/warm/cold)
- MDM ticketing ( Maintaining SKU status / New SKU Creation /Supplier Creation)
