Dinar Investments is seeking a diligent and proactive HR Officer to support our Human Resources team. In this role, you will contribute to all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and committed to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong foundation in HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, initial screenings, interview coordination, and selection support
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, supporting data management and compliance
- Respond to HR-related inquiries, fostering positive employee relations and addressing issues with care
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace equity and inclusivity
- Conduct new employee orientations, introducing company policies, benefits, and culture, as well as manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Track and update employee attendance, leave balances, and other key HR metrics
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company regulations, proactively addressing any discrepancies
- Support performance management and appraisal processes, offering guidance and documentation support
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs to promote employee growth
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Prior experience in an HR role is preferred
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR software and government portals (e.g., GOSI, QIWA)
