• Ensure the smooth initiation of projects by coordinating with stakeholders, defining project objectives, and establishing project scope and deliverables. • Conduct thorough technical and commercial evaluations of projects, analyzing requirements, risks, and costs to inform decision-making and project planning. • Prepare project schedules, coordinate activities across engineering disciplines, and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track. • Collaborate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. • Create detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources required. • Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards and are submitted according to project timelines. • Gather, analyze, and summarize relevant information to prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. • Develop effective project communication plans and ensure their execution to facilitate smooth project execution. • Identify and mitigate potential project risks through proactive risk management strategies. • Manage change requests, ensuring all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents necessary for successful project implementation and turnover to clients. • Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables and ensure satisfaction during the project transition period. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. • Undertake any other related duties or assignments as directed by senior management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, MIS or Equivalent. • Proven experience in project management, and successfully delivering projects. • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing projects mainly in Oil and Gas projects. • PMP certified or equivalent
