On behalf of one of our clients — a leading Riyadh-based Fin Tech company operating within a regulated financial environment — we are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Customer Onboarding Specialist to join their team.
This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless, compliant, and professional onboarding experience for new clients. You will be responsible for reviewing documentation, setting up company profiles in internal systems, and ensuring all onboarding activities meet regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities Review and validate legal documentation submitted by customers, including: Memorandum of Association (MoA), Commercial License, or any other documents submitted by the company. Create and configure new company profiles in SiFi’s Back Office system accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all required fields and data points are correctly populated in the system, including company details, ownership structure, and authorized users. Communicate with internal teams and occasionally customers to clarify or request missing or inaccurate information. Ensure onboarding procedures adhere to SiFi's internal policies, KYC/AML requirements, and regulatory compliance. Flag and escalate any discrepancies or red flags in customer documents to the compliance team. Support process improvements and contribute to documentation of onboarding SOPs.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding, compliance, operations, fintech, banking, or any regulated industry. Strong ability to read and interpret legal and corporate documents. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience using Back Office systems, CRM platforms, or onboarding tools is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
