We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support the operational and administrative functions of our real estate projects. The role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, external stakeholders, and project-related activities, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across all real estate processes.
Key Responsibilities • Coordinate daily operational activities related to real estate projects and properties. • Support project documentation, contracts, and administrative workflows. • Liaise with internal departments, consultants, and external service providers. • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with plans. • Prepare operational reports, records, and updates for management. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and real estate procedures. • Assist in improving operational processes and documentation systems.
Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field. • Previous experience in real estate operations, administration, or project coordination is preferred. • Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant real estate or project management systems. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. • High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability.
