. Job Purpose:We are looking for a Governance, Risk & Compliance professional to lead and enhance an integrated GRC framework that supports business objectives, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and oversee the annual departmental plan. Build, implement, and enhance GRC frameworks in line with regulations. Oversee authority matrix compliance and advise on delegation practices. Monitor adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls. Supervise risk management, internal control systems, and committees. Drive continuous improvement and best practices. Develop team capabilities and training plans. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of GRC experience ORDiploma with 3 years of GRC experience. CGRCS certification is a plus. Required Skills:Risk analysis (COSO framework). Strong knowledge of governance and legal principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English and computer applications.
