About the Role
Hilton is seeking a Technical Supervisor for a full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical safety and functionality of the hotel, contributing to a positive experience for every guest.
Role Overview
The Technical Supervisor ensures that all hotel facilities operate safely and efficiently. This involves a range of maintenance tasks and proactive inspections to uphold the property's standards for both guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
- Respond promptly to guest service requests and team member work orders.
- Perform various maintenance tasks and repairs across multiple areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
- Document all completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues that require further attention or follow-up.
