Job Purpose / Role :
Design, develop, configure, integrate, and maintain Oracle BSS platforms and solutions across CRM, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, Charging, Revenue Management, and Subscription Management, ensuring scalability, performance, security, reliability, and alignment with business and technical requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Oracle BSS solutions across CRM, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, Charging, Revenue Management, and Subscription Management.
• Demonstrate and maintain BSS functionalities, workflows, APIs, custom components, and integrations to meet business and operational requirements.
• Classify and integrate BSS platforms with OSS, Digital Channels, ERP, payment gateways, data platforms, middleware, API gateways, and external systems.
• Lead the configuration and optimization of BSS products, business rules, pricing models, product offerings, charging rules, billing cycles, discounts, and customer lifecycle processes.
• Perform software development activities, including coding, database development, unit testing, debugging, code reviews, performance tuning, and defect resolution.
• Conduct impact analysis, technical design, solution implementation, system testing, and production validation for projects, change requests, and enhancements.
• Analyze and solve application, integration, database, and production issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage BSS upgrades, patches, releases, data migration, and post-production support to maintain platform performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, automation solutions, and DevOps pipelines to improve system integration, deployment, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with business users, architects, QA, infrastructure teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver and continuously improve BSS solutions.
Job Specifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in BSS, Telecom, IT, Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, or related technologies are preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in a related field.

• تطوير وصيانة واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs)، والخدمات المصغرة (Microservices)، وحلول الأتمتة، وأنابيب عمل DevOps لتحسين تكامل النظام والنشر والكفاءة التشغيلية.

مواصفات الوظيفة:
• درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو مجال ذات صلة.
• يُفضل الحصول على شهادات ذات صلة في BSS، أو الاتصالات، أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو السحابة، أو البنية التحتية للمؤسسات (Enterprise Architecture)، أو التقنيات ذات الصلة.
• خبرة من 4 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال ذات صلة.
