You run the bar, craft drinks with precision and speed, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and making every guest feel like they ordered exactly the right thing. Morning shifts are part of the rhythm - coffee and tea service included.

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale or high-volume environment. Awareness of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service in the UAE. English is a must. French or another European language, even better.

Efficiency & Standards: You move fast during peak service without cutting corners. You keep the bar clean, stocked, compliant, and always ready.

Guest Interaction: You engage naturally, recommend with confidence, and make the bar feel like the best seat in the room.

Team Cohesion & Spirit: You work in sync with the floor and kitchen - always communicating, always supporting, always adding to the energy of the shift.
