Job Description: - Manage and monitor the daily operations of systems and applications. - Monitor the stability of production environments and address operational challenges. - Coordinate the work of operations, technical support, and engineering teams. - Monitor operational incidents, problems, and the necessary procedures to address them. - Monitor the level of operational services and submit relevant reports. - Proficiency in best practices for managing and operating technical services and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems. - At least 6 years of experience in operating technical systems and applications. - Experience in managing production environments and operational support. - Saudi nationality is required.
