Provide direction and specialized assistance to the project for identifying project risks, quantification, levels of risks and mitigation measures. Work closely with project managers to recognize opportunities and mitigations to minimize risk exposure. Assess the risks associated with design and construction stage changes and schedule slippages. Stablish and oversee the project risks register to meet specific project requirements. Develop and deliver monthly risk reports to the client according to the PCM contract. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to evaluate the efficiency of risk mitigation measures and compliance with relevant standards. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure a cohesive approach to risk management. Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations and ensure that risk management initiatives exceed their expectations. Undertake day-to-day risk management activities including identification, prioritization, register management, action planning and monitoring. Act as a liaison between the consultant project team and the client, he will handle all risk management matters and understand client requirements. Manage client expectations risk management related and ensure satisfaction. Facilitate and chair risk workshops with the Client, Consultant and Contractors.
Desired Candidate Profile
A successful Risk Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- over 15 years in risk management, particularly in mega road / highway construction projects in KSA.
- Knowledge of Middle East design and construction market, conditions of contract and contractual issues.
- Understanding of construction, design and engineering principles.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Savvy with specific risk management software for recording and reporting risks.
- Proficiency level of English language.
- Arabic Language is a plus.

الملف الشخصي للمرشح المطلوب
يجب أن يتمتع مدير المخاطر الناجح بما يلي:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المدنية
- خبرة أكثر من 15 عاماً في إدارة المخاطر، ولا سيما في مشاريع إنشاء الطرق / الطرق السريعة الضخمة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- معرفة بسوق التصميم والإنشاءات في الشرق الأوسط وشروط العقود والقضايا التعاقدية.
- فهم مبادئ الإنشاءات والتصميم والهندسة.
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الفنية.
- الإلمام بالبرامج المخصصة لإدارة المخاطر لتسجيل المخاطر وإعداد التقارير عنها.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
- تعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
