Required Tasks:
Reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements. Following up on legal cases and claims. Coordinating with government agencies and relevant authorities. Following up on bank and insurance company transactions from a legal perspective. Preparing legal letters and meeting minutes. Archiving and tracking legal documents through company systems. Supporting internal departments with any legal requirements related to the company's activity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Sharia, or equivalent. Previous experience in legal work or advocacy. Proficiency in legal drafting in Arabic. Ability to follow up, organize, and complete transactions. A law license or professional training at a law firm is preferred.
