Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed construction and shop drawings for interior fit-out works- Produce joinery, ceiling, flooring, marble, and partition details- Coordinate drawings with architects, designers, and project managers- Incorporate revisions based on client and consultant feedback- Maintain organized drawing registers and revision control
Requirements- Minimum 4 years of experience in interior fit-out drafting- Advanced Auto CAD proficiency- Strong knowledge of construction detailing and Saudi/SBC standards- Proven experience on luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects- Knowledge of Sketch Up or Revit is an advantage- Transferable Iqama preferred
