Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager with strong expertise in UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to lead end-to-end automation initiatives. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring successful implementation of automation solutions that drive operational efficiency, governance maturity, business value, and digital transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery
Lead end-to-end UiPath automation projects from initiation through production deployment. Define project scope, timelines, budget, resource plans, milestones, and governance cadence. Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, change logs, status reports, and executive updates. Manage risks, dependencies, issues, change requests, and delivery escalations. Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, quality, and budget expectations. Drive project reviews, sprint ceremonies, steering committee updates, and client-facing status meetings.
Business & Functional Responsibilities
Conduct process discovery workshops with business stakeholders and operations teams. Identify automation opportunities, assess process feasibility, and define automation suitability. Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization opportunities before automation. Create and review Process Assessment Documents (PAD), Process Definition Documents (PDD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). Translate business requirements into clear solution inputs for architects and developers. Define KPIs, projected business benefits, ROI, success criteria, and adoption metrics for automation initiatives.
UiPath Technical Oversight
Provide delivery governance and oversight for UiPath solution design and implementation. Review Solution Design Documents (SDD), architecture approach, exception handling, logging, reusable components, and security compliance. Collaborate with UiPath Developers, Solution Architects, Infrastructure Teams, Testing Teams, PMO, and business users. Support deployment and production readiness through UiPath Orchestrator governance. Monitor automation stability, bot performance, SLA adherence, and post go-live issue resolution. Promote UiPath best practices across development, testing, deployment, release, and hypercare.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary interface between business users, client stakeholders, and technical delivery teams. Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews. Create client-ready updates covering progress, risks, issues, decisions required, and next steps. Coordinate with Automation CoE teams to maintain pipeline visibility and prioritization.
Agile, PMO & Governance
Lead Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project execution models as appropriate. Manage sprint planning, backlog reviews, demos, retrospectives, and delivery checkpoints. Track project health across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and benefits realization. Ensure compliance with PMO standards, security expectations, documentation requirements, and audit readiness.
Automation CoE Support
Support RPA Center of Excellence setup, governance, standards, and operating model maturity. Drive automation intake, prioritization, pipeline management, and value realization tracking. Develop reusable templates, checklists, best practices, and project delivery artifacts. Mentor delivery teams on UiPath methodology, documentation standards, and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
Certifications Preferred UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) UiPath Automation Solution Architect or Business Analyst certification PMP / PRINCE2Certified Scrum Master / Agile certification SAFe certification, where applicable
Experience Requirements
Mandatory 8+ years of IT delivery, project management, business analysis, or automation program experience.4+ years delivering UiPath automation projects in enterprise environments. Experience managing multiple concurrent RPA projects or workstreams. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Experience managing global client stakeholders, distributed teams, governance forums, and delivery escalations.
Preferred UiPath CoE setup or CoE operating model experience. Exposure to Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Open Span, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms. Presales, estimation, solution consulting, SOW review, or delivery proposal experience. Experience managing medium to large project budgets and vendor delivery models.
