Baseel United Ltd Company is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HSE Manager to lead and oversee our Health, Safety, and Environmental operations in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:▫️ Develop, implement, and update comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems and procedures.▫️ Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure strict compliance with local regulations (OSHA, KSA labor laws) and international standards.▫️ Conduct regular site inspections and comprehensive risk assessments (HIRA) to identify and mitigate hazards.▫️ Lead safety audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.▫️ Deliver safety induction, tool-box talks, and specialized HSE training programs for engineers, subcontractors, and site labor.▫️ Manage daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance reporting, tracking key performance metrics (KPIs).▫️ Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities on all safety-related matters.
Key Requirements:▫️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.▫️ Certifications: Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC/Diploma, OSHA, ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor).▫️ Experience: 8–10 years of professional HSE experience, with a proven track record in construction and fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia.▫️ Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian safety standards, local building codes, and international HSE regulations.▫️ Key Competencies: Exceptional leadership, risk management, crisis intervention, and reporting skills.
