Job Objective: Develop the company's business in the hospitality sector by attracting property owners, building investment and operational partnerships, and managing commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities:· Market and sell the company's hospitality services.· Attract property owners and communicate with them to present investment or operational partnership opportunities.· Assist in drafting and formulating commercial contracts and agreements in coordination with the relevant departments.· Build a network of relationships with hospitality and real estate investment companies.· Follow up on accommodation/housing and operational procedures, in addition to preparing commercial proposals and following up with potential clients until agreements are finalized.
Qualifications and Experience:· Qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or any related field.· Practical experience in business development, real estate marketing, or the hotel and hospitality sector.
