Premise Taiyo Holding Group is currently looking for experienced Senior Inspectors holding valid Saudi Aramco QM qualifications and/or approvals to join our international network of inspection and quality professionals.
We are interested in candidates holding any Saudi Aramco QM certification/approval, across all inspection disciplines and technical specializations.
The primary area of assignment will be the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with concrete opportunities for selected professionals to also support Taiyo Holding Group projects and inspection activities across the Middle East and Africa.
Current residency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities Depending on the specific QM qualification, discipline and project assignment, the Senior Inspector may be responsible for:
Performing inspection, quality control and quality surveillance activities in accordance with approved ITPs, drawings, specifications, procedures and applicable standards. Monitoring manufacturing, fabrication, construction, installation and testing activities. Witnessing inspections, tests and acceptance activities as required by applicable ITPs and project documentation. Reviewing relevant quality and technical documentation, including drawings, procedures, certificates, test records and inspection reports. Verifying compliance of materials, equipment, workmanship and executed activities with applicable project and Client requirements. Identifying, documenting and reporting non-conformities, deviations and quality issues. Supporting the implementation, verification and follow-up of corrective actions. Preparing accurate and professional inspection reports, quality records and supporting documentation. Coordinating with Clients, Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors and project teams as required. Ensuring compliance with applicable Quality and HSE requirements. Maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, safety and quality throughout the assignment.
Mandatory Requirements Valid Saudi Aramco QM qualification and/or approval. Current residency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Proven experience as an Inspector / Senior Inspector within industrial, Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical or related projects. Degree or Technical Diploma in the relevant engineering or technical discipline. Relevant discipline-specific professional certifications, where applicable. Strong knowledge of applicable international codes, standards and inspection practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures and project documentation. Experience in identifying and reporting non-conformities and following up corrective actions. Ability to prepare clear and professional inspection reports and quality documentation. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within international and multicultural project environments. Availability and willingness to undertake assignments within Saudi Arabia and, where required, across the Middle East and Africa. Saudi Aramco QM Qualifications
