You will join a world-leading data centre design and engineering team as a Junior Project Manager. You will work in Riyadh and help deliver complex, mission-critical projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider region.This role suits a driven project management professional who wants to develop within large-scale data centre projects. You will work with international teams and grow alongside Haskoning s expanding MCF presence in KSA.

What you will do as Junior Project Manager (MCF/ Data Centres)

As a Junior Project Manager in our Mission Critical Facilities Data Centres team in Riyadh, you will support senior project managers. You will help them with the delivery of multidisciplinary data centre projects. You will work in many project phases. These phases range from early feasibility and concept design to detailed design and procurement. You will also support construction activities and help with the final delivery of each project. You will help coordinate internal design and engineering teams. Furthermore, you will manage project information and support planning and reporting. You will work with experienced project and design managers who guide you in developing your project management skills. Over time, you will take more responsibility for agreed work packages and smaller project scopes.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting senior project managers in the delivery of complex data centre and mission-critical projects;
• Assisting with the coordination of multidisciplinary design and engineering teams;
• Supporting project controls, including planning, cost tracking, risk management, reporting and change control;
• Helping manage project scope, deliverables, documentation and stakeholder messaging;
• Contributing to client meetings, internal project reviews and progress reporting;
• Supporting proposals, tenders, fee estimates and project execution plans;
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and smaller work packages while developing your professional project management skills.

You are an initiative-taking, organised, and driven professional with a deep interest in complex technical projects. You enjoy international teamwork and you can clearly express yourself while working with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders. Besides, you are eager to develop into a strong project manager within data centres.

Besides that, you have:

• A technical university degree , preferably in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, construction management or related;
• Experience in project management, engineering, construction or consultancy , preferably within technical or industrial projects;
• Affinity with large-scale technical, mission-critical or data centre projects ;
• Strong organisational skills, supporting planning, reporting, documentation and project administration;
• Good knowledge of MS Office , with MS Project, Primavera, BIM360, CDE or similar platforms an advantage;
• Excellent English ;
• Saudi Arabian nationality (KSA national) is required for this position, as the role supports our efforts to build a local team delivering value to local projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
