Job Details

Should be an ARAMCO-approved EHS Manager with an Oil and Gas experience background

Prepare all EHS-related documents (EHS plan, emergency response plan, RA, etc.)

Lead all EHS meetings with client and project team

Report all EHS-related issues to HO

Provide EHS induction training to new workers

Conduct daily EHS inspections for assigned zone

Ensure appropriate safe work permits are taken by Engineers/Supervisors from Clients/ Main Contractors

Conduct risk assessments throughout the site and inform Site Engineers and/or Clients/Main Contractor of high-risk areas

Ensure toolbox talk is properly delivered by Engineers every week for workers to create EHS Awareness

Ensure all personnel are wearing personal protective equipment including helmet, EHS shoes, and coveralls

Ensure equipment such as ladders and scaffoldings are in good working condition prior to being used by workers

Ensure satisfactory health and hygiene conditions for workers including the availability of water, rest area, and adequate lighting & ventilation

Ensure proper housekeeping on project site to prevent incidents/accidents

Conduct Job EHS Analysis on high-risk activities to minimize hazardous conditions.

Encourage workers and engineers to implement EHS practices

Conduct investigations along with engineers in case of minor or major incidents/accidents

Communicate investigation results to workers and engineers for future precautions

Administer first-aid and/or seek medical assistance in case of worker injury

Maintain all documentation related to EHS activities

Establishing, monitoring, appraising & coordinating upgraded version of integrated health, safety & environment management system (Confirming to ISO-45001:2018, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 9001 standards) for construction projects, improvising procedure manual and internal audits based on above standards.

Conducting training programs on EHS topics for engineers & workers in site as well as in HR organized EHS training programs.

Doing Hazard identification and risk assessment for the critical activities and ensuring method statements incorporate the findings.

Preparing EHS Plan and Environment Management Plan

Coordinating External EHS Audits & Third Party Inspections of Equipment

Preparing Emergency Preparedness Plan and Conducting Emergency Drills

Facilitating Implementation of Work Permit System

Coordinating Occupational Health & Welfare measures.

Preparing the conditions of contract on EHS for Sub-contractors.

Stop work if any unsafe practices are witnessed and promote a don t walk by and commitment to Action attitude all the time.

Carry out project risk management audit on a monthly basis and system audit quarterly.

Provide EHS report to project head and IC Head to inform them of the current status of EHS performance.
